Mr. KSR Loganathan was born in Thambikottai, Tanjore District. He graduated with a B.Sc.Zoology from Bharathidasan University in 1993. From 1993, till date he is an Aqua Farmer and owns an Aqua farm of 200 acres in Thambikottai (Athirambattinam). From 1993 to 2010 he has been farming TIGER shrimps. Later, he farmed the ‘Vannemei’ variety of shrimps. In the year 2008 he joined GMH as a partner with among three members to give the good quality shrimps to people. He is an Authority member of MPEDA (Marine Products Export Development Authority). He makes arrangements for the weekly updated rate of shrimps in the Tamil Daily Newspaper Dinamalar since the year 2018 for the benefit of the farmers after three years of struggle. He has donated Rs.10 lakhs worth materials to the people affected by the Gaja cyclone in the Tanjore district and also collected and donated around Rs.50 Lakhs materials for the cyclone affected peoples. He is also the director of the Golden Super Distributors which is the authorized dealer of Suguna Motors & Pumps, TEXMO Pipes & Fittings. Before his entering into the Aqua Farm, his family members were doing coconut and paddy cultivation. His main motto is to supply quality shrimps to farmers at an affordable price.
ESWARA REDDY

Eswara, began his career by starting off as a Post Master in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Later he ventured into fertilizer and pesticides trading. Experimenting with different industries Eswara, started financing Telugu films for a brief period alongwith real estate space for 7 years. In 1998 he started Aquaculture feed and shrimp farming in Andhra Pradesh before becoming a part of Golden Marine Harvest in 2008.
SARAVANAN BABU

Sarvanan Babu has 20 years of experience in shrimp aquaculture sector. He completed his Diploma in Fisheries Technology & Navigation Engineering from Central Polytechnic University 1994 and a BBA degree from Madras University 1998.He began his career in the Aquaculture sector by working on Tiger shrimp ponds in Tamil Nadu, later in the year 1998 he joined Oceanic Shrimp Hatchery as a junior technician and gained immense experience in hatchery functions and operations. In 2006, he joined Sona Shrimp Hatchery and looked after the technical and operational aspects of the hatchery.In the year 2008 Golden Marine Harvest was founded and joined the company as a partner. Sarvanan Babu oversees Accounts & Finance at Golden Marine Harvest.

Ravi Kumar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in Aquaculture, shrimp hatchery management, business development, start-ups and turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, Ravi Kumar led Golden Marine Harvest Shrimp Hatcheries transformation journey by not just scaling the operations but also by creating immense brand value for Golden Marine Harvest.
His inimitable style of leadership, combined with his sharp focus on customer experience has helped Golden Marine Harvest emerge as one of the leading shrimp hatcheries in India.
In a career spanning 20+years, Ravi Kumar has been instrumental in start-ups such as ARKAY Agri Impex Pvt. Ltd. & Sprint Air Pvt Ltd. An outstanding people manager, Ravi Kumar has an entrepreneurial style of management that is a blend of enthusiasm and dynamism. He has always focused on people’s strength to bring out the best in them. ‘Work hard and play hard’ is his motto and he applies it to all aspects of his life with complete passion.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Andhra University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Andhra University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Prawn and Crab Farming Management Andhra University.
Ravi Kumar strongly believes & engages in promoting social welfare. He is actively involved in social causes such as child education, sports and upliftment of the needy. Among his many social change initiatives he is supporting & upbringing a national level girl’s football team that lost their families in the 2005 tsunami.This is definitely a perfect culmination of his leadership capabilities in all spheres of life.
